Thank you for choosing PrepsznUK! We are dedicated to providing high-quality, healthy meals. Please review our refund and return policy below for details on how we handle any concerns with your order.

1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming it.

  • Order Modifications: If there’s a mistake with your order or if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications if the order has not yet been processed.

2. Refunds

  • Food Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your meal(s), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the meal in question and a description of the issue. Based on the situation, we will either issue a partial or full refund or provide a replacement meal at no extra cost.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order (wrong meals, missing items), please contact us immediately. We will either issue a refund for the affected meals or send a replacement meal at no extra charge.

  • Refund Process: Once your refund request has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Returns

Due to the nature of our service, we do not accept returns of any prepared meals or food items. Once meals are delivered or picked up, they cannot be returned.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Any orders placed after cancellation will not be processed.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order was delayed or arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the situation and take necessary steps to resolve the issue, including issuing a full or partial refund or reshipping the order.
